1 customer = 1 invite used, whether you send an email, an SMS, or both.
No extra cost per message — all email and SMS messages are included.
SMS is available in: US, CA, UK, and AU.
Your monthly invitation limit is shared across all locations.
Example:
If your plan includes 300 invitations per month and you manage 2 locations, you could invite 200 customers from one location and 100 from the other.
You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle—monthly or annual—and your plan will remain active until the end of that cycle. We don’t offer refunds, but you’ll retain full access until your current billing cycle ends.
You can set the language for each location individually.
